Mushroom Feast!

Preparation


Various types of mushroom are bought at a local supermarket


All the mushrooms are chopped up into medium sized chunks

Cooking


The ingredients: Salt, pepper, lemon juice, chopped herbs, olive oil and garlic.


The chopped mushrooms are placed into a large frying pan on a medium heat setting.


Crushed garlic is added first.


Then the black pepper.


Next comes the chopped mixed herbs


Add salt and stir well.


Then add the olive oil


It is almost ready to eat, remember to keep mixing.


Serve on a plate with fresh bread,


and a good bottle of red, if you want!
